Caroline Levens has worked at Google for over 8 years, where she currently serves as Public Sector and Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead for Grow with Google, which is Google’s $1 billion commitment to economic opportunity. Since 2017, Grow with Google has helped over 10 million Americans grow their skills, careers, and businesses. Caroline works on the Google Career Certificates, which provide people access to in-demand, high paying jobs regardless of educational background or work experience. These certificates have provided significant upward mobility to 200k job seekers in the U.S. and counting. 

One of her most significant contributions was co-leading the launch of the new Google Cybersecurity Certificate and establishing partnerships across the ecosystem, spanning public sector, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and industry. Built by Google cybersecurity experts, this training program will help expand the cybersecurity workforce and fill a major skills gap to keep America safe from an evolving threat landscape — while simultaneously providing an opportunity for people from all economic and educational backgrounds. 

Caroline’s earlier career experience spans Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Ads. She earned her MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a B.Sc. in Communications from the University of Miami. She currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area and is originally from St. Louis, Missouri.
