Please complete this form to nominate an individual for the 2023 NextGen Under 30 Award. The person must be 30 or less in 2023. Your nomination is anonymous, unless you personally share the activity with him or her.

You are encouraged to nominate as many worthy candidates as you know!

If you are a CANDIDATE – PLEASE DO NOT ASK MULTIPLE PEOPLE TO NOMINATE YOU.

Each CANDIDATE is judged on ONE nomination and ONE application. 

If a candidate has been nominated by someone else please do not nominate them again.
